Terms of Subscription

1. Free trial

We may offer a free trial subscription for service. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period.

2. Subscription

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.

3. Payment method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you submit.

4. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled free trial on App Store: You can cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning-off autorenewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period. If you purchased a subscription or enabled free trial on our website: You can cancel a free trial or a subscription by contacting our support at [email protected] or by clicking on "Cancel Subscription" button in your account on our website before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period

5. Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the app and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent way. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.

6. Refunds and Money Back Guarantee

Our refund policy varies depending on where you purchased your subscription:

App Store Purchases:

  • If you purchased through the App Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple
  • To request a refund, visit Apple support page
  • Refund eligibility and decisions are made solely by Apple according to their policies
  • We cannot process refunds for App Store purchases directly

Website/Stripe Purchases:

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for subscriptions purchased through our website
  • To be eligible for a refund:
    • The refund must be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase
    • For annual subscriptions, the refund must be requested within 14 days of the start of the subscription period
    • The account must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Refund requests after the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse of the refund policy or excessive refund requests

Refund Process:

  1. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
    • Your account email
    • Purchase date
    • Reason for the refund request
  2. We will process eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Partial months/periods of service
  • If the account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • If you've already received a refund for a previous subscription
  • If we detect fraudulent activity or abuse of our services

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will not affect refund requests that were submitted before the modification date.

BILLING AND FEES

Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of each subscription period. If we are unable to charge your payment method, we may:

  • Retry billing your payment method
  • Contact you for an alternative payment method
  • Suspend or terminate your access to paid features

SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES

You can change your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. When downgrading:

  • Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your current plan
  • You will maintain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period

ENTERPRISE SUBSCRIPTIONS

For enterprise subscriptions:

  • Custom pricing and terms may apply
  • A separate enterprise agreement may supersede these terms
  • Additional support and features may be available
  • Different cancellation and refund policies may apply

COMPLIANCE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

Our subscription services comply with applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • Data protection and privacy laws
  • Consumer protection regulations
  • Electronic commerce regulations
  • Financial services regulations

We maintain appropriate records of all transactions and subscriptions as required by law.
