# Spellar AI

> Spellar is an AI meeting note taker that records on your device, so no bot joins the call. It turns meetings into summaries, action items and searchable transcripts with the AI model you choose (Claude, GPT, Gemini and others), and sends them to tools like Notion, Linear, Jira and Slack.

- Apps: Mac (macOS 15+), iPhone and iPad, a Chrome extension and a web app. Captures Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any audio in the room.

- AI assistants: an MCP server at https://mcp.spellar.ai/mcp lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients read a user's meetings and, if the user allows it, update action items, notes and tags. It can never delete anything.
